Marketing is synonymous for sales promotion. Sound PR work boosts turnovers. However, sometimes the sales capacities of a customer are not sufficient and this is where our Sales Force joins the game: a call centre that calls potential customers after intensive training and compilation of individual sales guidelines – for all sectors.
We revert to the same sales team for the marketing of our own services. Each experienced and friendly team member organizes appointments for our clientele al well as conducting preliminary sales talks and closing deals. Memos are made by way of EDP and valuable market information is accumulated which is in turn evaluated for product planning and marketing actions.
